Wayfinding

  • Designed and installed graphic murals across three large-scale interior walls and two doors as part of a creative wayfinding system to direct residents, employees and guests to the bike storage room at The Hub on Causeway. The abstraction of bike-related shapes, directional elements, and color guides users through the long and meandering basement halls to the bike storage room.

  • Designed, fabricated and installed a new wayfinding system for the Guild’s two-story day/residential facility. The system was designed to guide people through the physical environment and enhance understanding of and experience with the space, taking into consideration both the residents/students with disabilities and behavioral health challenges and visitors alike. It includes graphic murals that denote the varied 'neighborhoods' or wings of the building.
